Kellie Brown Joins Simmons Animal Nutrition as Director of Sales

Siloam Springs, AR — Simmons Animal Nutrition is pleased to welcome Kellie Brown as Director of Sales. Building on the business unit’s continued growth, Kellie will partner with customers to strengthen relationships across its protein ingredient portfolio.

Kellie brings 25 years of procurement and commercial experience across the pet food, poultry, pharmaceutical, and defense industries. She joins the nutrition unit from Simmons Pet Food, where she served as the Procurement Category Manager for poultry proteins. In this role, Kellie negotiated price, quality, and supply in markets adjacent to Simmons Animal Nutrition.

“Kellie’s experience gives her a perspective that few sales leaders have: she knows the job from the buyer's side,” says Josh Clary, Senior Vice President of Commercial for Simmons Animal Nutrition. “She knows what customers need from a supplier, and she builds long-term partnerships on open communication, reliable supply, and real market insights.”

Kellie describes her sales approach as people-first and collaborative. She works closely with customers and internal teams to deliver consistent quality and keep customers satisfied over the long term.

A native of Southeast Oklahoma, Kellie puts her family first. She spends her free time with her husband and teenage daughter on the traveling volleyball circuit. She is an avid reader and loves hiking wooded trails with her two dogs, especially in the fall season.
